There are two options for booking:
1. On-line through the agents site

2. Direct with the owner
If you are booking for Christmas, New Year, February or Easter then it is only possible to book by using the agents site above.
The prices per week are as follows:
| WINTER (1st Dec - 30th Apr) |

| SUMMER (1st May - 30th Nov) |
£350 |
During Summer it is possible to have a short stay of 3 nights:
| SUMMER (3 NIGHTS) |
£210 (+ £35 per additional night) |
These prices include compulsory cleaning at the end of the stay.
They do not include a set of bedding or towels. These must be requested at the time of booking and there is an extra charge of £10 pp.

If you book direct with the owner then a non returnable deposit of £100 is required to secure the booking. The balance needs to be paid 12 weeks before departure.
